Description

Bob Wolff’s career in broadcasting has spanned more than six decades – longer than any sportscaster in history. For more than 10 years he was the voice of the original Washington Senators and during that time he befriended many of the greatest players of the era including Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, Al Lopez, and Yogi Berra. These rare interviews are the result of that friendship – conversations between friends where Williams talks about his game and Casey Stengal discusses who he’d pick to play on baseball’s greatest team of all time. They have to be seen to be believed. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1995, Bob has shared this footage with the Hall for generations of baseball fans to enjoy.
